Join us as we partner with Concord Township Parks & Rec to bring you Happy Hour HIIT. Meet us under the pavilion at Smithbridge Road Park for a 45-minute, bodyweight-only workout followed by socialization and complimentary drinks provided by 2 Stones Pub. Sign up HERE.

Get your workout in during Stroller Strides, all the while engaging your little one(s) in the stroller. Afterwards, the kiddos will be treated to a special Mommy-and-Me Yoga class led by Rachel Doucette of The Yoga Space. Sign up HERE.

Join us for a Pet-tacular Stroller Barre class! Kids will enjoy an animal-themed class, followed by a pet adoption. Each child will receive a puppy to adopt, complete with an adoption certificate. Attendees are encouraged to bring pet food and treats to donate to a local shelter. Sign up HERE.

Want to bring your kiddos with you? We've got three different options. Our vote? Try them all!

  • Stroller Strides, our signature mommy-and-me class format
  • Stroller Barre, mommy-and-me but with a barre twist
  • Strides 360, the ultimate flex for moms. Increase your endurance with a bodyweight-only workout. Attend with or without the stroller!

Rather sweat it out alongside other moms only? Give Body Boost a shot. Got a bun in the oven? Check out FIT4BABY, our prenatal workout class exclusively designed for mamas-to-be!
