Pam is a mom to 3 energetic young girls, ages 2-8. She graduated with a B.S. in Health Behavior Management from the University of Delaware. She has worked as a personal trainer, fitness instructor, and served in clinical exercise roles with chiropractic and cardiac rehabilitation patients. Connecting with other like-minded moms is crucial to staying sane in the mom game, and Pam would love to help other moms find each other in Fit4Baby and beyond. Keeping active is so important, especially as a mom. It’s easy to lose yourself when you have others to care for around the clock.
