Join us for Stroller Strides, our signature mommy-and-me class format. Rather sweat it out alongside other moms only? Give Body Boost a shot. Got a bun in the oven? Check out FIT4BABY, our prenatal workout class exclusively designed for mamas-to-be!

In addition to our standard class formats, we’ve also got a few special surprises up our sleeves for open house week!

Thursday, May 7: FIT4MOM turns 25 this year, and we're celebrating the only way we know how—moving together. Join Alexandra for a free walk at Smithbridge Road Park as we kick off corporate's 25-for-25 challenge. Log 25 miles in the month of May and be entered to win a Thule stroller, FIT4MOM retail, and more! Sign up here.

Friday, May 8: Join us for Stroller Strides, our signature total body mommy-and-me workout, followed by an earth-themed craft led by Gwenn Nolan, owner of Mother Compost. Get registered here.

Saturday, May 9: Finish out your free week of classes at our mom-only All-4-One Mom's Morning Out. We’ll kick off with a class designed to suit moms of all ages and stages. There will be moves and modifications for all attendees, including pregnant mamas, moms of bigs, and everyone in between. Following class, we’ll have coffee, snacks, and swag bags filled with goodies from some of our favorite local businesses.
