Body Back Boost

Alumni of our 8-week sessions can enjoy Body Back workouts with their Body Back alumni monthly membership or 10 class pass.


Please note: this program is not appropriate for pregnant women. Postpartum moms should be at least 6 months after delivery. Body Back classes are held at a higher intensity and pace than Stroller Strides.

Please remember to arrive on time as we start promptly and wouldn't want you to miss out!

Don't forget to bring plenty of water and a mat or towel for ab exercises. Most importantly, be sure to eat something before coming to class!
