This is the event of the year!! Join us for a Stroller Strides Master Class with the Founder of FIT4MOM, Lisa Druxman! This is a FREE Stroller Strides class bringing together all FIT4MOM Franchises in the Philadelphia, New Jersey, and Delaware area. Workout from 10:00-11:00 followed by prize giveaways from our local and national sponsors.

Stroller Strides® is a stroller-based fitness program designed for moms with little ones. The 60 minute, total body workout includes power walking/jogging, and intervals of strength and body toning exercises using exercise tubing, the stroller and the environment. We will weave songs and activities into the workout to entertain and engage baby while you get the workout you deserve. Don't forget to bring plenty of water, a sturdy stroller (doesn't have to be a jogger), a mat or towel for ab exercises, as well as toys, books, and snacks for your little one. And most importantly, be sure to eat breakfast before coming to class!

Fitness for You...Fun for Baby! Stroller Strides is a total fitness program for Moms and you get to BYOB (Bring-your-own-Baby) to enjoy a 60-minute total body workout. It includes power walking and intervals of strength and body toning exercises using exercise tubing, the stroller and the environment. Taught by a certified and specially trained fitness instructor, it is a great workout for any level of exerciser. Your Stroller Strides instructor will weave songs and activities into the routine designed to entertain and engage baby, while moms are led through a series of exercises specific to her role as mom.
Class can be modified for moms of all levels of fitness. Please bring a sturdy stroller, plenty of water, and a mat or towel for abs and stretching.
First Class is always FREE!!!

Body Back® is a results-based workout designed for moms who want their body back, whether they just had a baby or their last child was born twenty years ago! Most importantly, it will help women unlock their personal possibilities in an inspiring and powerful environment. Body Back® clients experience targeted high-intensity workouts, inspiration and motivation in every class. When done in conjunction with founder Lisa Druxman's "Mama Wants Her Body Back" meal plan, moms have a surefire combination for success. Body Back® workouts have been clinically proven in a university research study to help moms lose the weight and return to their pre-baby body composition and confidence. Moms all over the country are achieving results that they never dreamed possible.

Alumni of our 8-week sessions can enjoy Body Back workouts with their Body Back alumni monthly membership or 10 class pass.

Please note: this program is not appropriate for pregnant women. Postpartum moms should be at least 6 months after delivery. Body Back classes are held at a higher intensity and pace than Stroller Strides.
