What do I need to bring to class?

For You:

  • Dress in comfortable workout clothes and sneakers.
  • Bring along a towel or mat for the ab exercises and stretching.
  • Plenty of water
  • A snack for after class if you plan to stay around.
  • Sunscreen or hat if the weather is sunny.

For Baby:

  • Sturdy Stroller (doesn't have to be a jogging stroller).
  • Plenty of water and snacks
  • Toys and/or books to keep baby entertained. Instructors will do their best to keep baby happy but always nice to have multiple distractions!
  • Sunscreen, hat, or stroller shade on sunny days.
