What do I need to bring to class?
- Dress in comfortable workout clothes and sneakers.
- Bring along a towel or mat for the ab exercises and stretching.
- Plenty of water
- A snack for after class if you plan to stay around.
- Sunscreen or hat if the weather is sunny.
- Sturdy Stroller (doesn't have to be a jogging stroller).
- Plenty of water and snacks
- Toys and/or books to keep baby entertained. Instructors will do their best to keep baby happy but always nice to have multiple distractions!
- Sunscreen, hat, or stroller shade on sunny days.
